| CAMPINGCamping facilities were much improved in 2007 and we'll be following the same system again this year. All pitches will be marked out - 7 x 10 metres - and must be pre-booked. Please don't turn up without a booking as there won't be any space for you. Billing Bookings >>>
Extra spaces are available on the Aquadrome this year, but please book early to avoid disappointment - especially if you want electrical hookup. Your tent or caravan, and vehicle must stay within your marked pitch - owners of oversize caravans please note! Please take time to read the 'small print' below
For more information please see our Frequently Asked Questions >>>
SMALL PRINT A camping pitch allows: one tent or caravan + one vehicle + either 2 adults/3 children (5-13 years) or 3 adults. Any additional persons (including children aged between 5 and 13 years) must be paid for and all occupants of the pitch must be accommodated in the same tent or caravan. Children aged 14 years and over are charged as adults. Tickets will be issued to all individuals and entry will not be permitted without a ticket. All campers have unlimited access to the show throughout the weekend. Wristbands will be allocated and must be worn at all times. A ‘pup tent’ may be erected on the pitch during the day but must be taken down at night. Camping pitches are marked out 10m x 7m, you must ensure that your tent or caravan plus your vehicle and any other equipment will fit within those dimensions – if you need more space you must book an additional pitch. Caravans must be sited with the A-frame facing outwards. An additional vehicle must be paid for and must fit within the camping pitch, any vehicle failing to meet this requirement must be moved to a designated public parking area. Dogs are permitted and must be kept under control on a lead at all times (dangerous breeds are not permitted, including Rottweilers). Day visitors will park in allocated parking areas and are not permitted to bring a vehicle into the show or camping areas. No trading is allowed in the camping areas. WARNING: Motor sport can be dangerous. The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry. Strictly no refunds. It is a condition of your booking that you agree to the terms and conditions of Billing Aquadrome and the LRM Show organisers.
